The Raddison was fine except that they did not honor our request for non-smoking rooms which I had requested due to allergies. Their solution was to put us in on a sofa bed in a non-smoking parlor room. Because we booked it through online travel website, they did not have to honor any of our requests I would reccommend making reservations directly with the hotel from now on. Then they could have done something differently. Our plane reservations went beautifully and we will continue to book flights through online travel website but never hotel reservations.

I'm not quite sure what the previous primadonna was complaining about, but our stay was fantastic. We stayed almost a week, and it is sooo nice to look over at your children and see them sleeping like angels. The Sleep # bed is a Godsend, everything is clean and the staff with jump through hoops if needed. We had one small snafu at breakfast the last morning, but even that was fully rectified.

If you like dingy hotels aging ungracefully, this one will suite your tastes. The room decor is old, the furniture a bit beat up, and no, the new "Sleep Number" beds have not arrived yet. The bathroom is a disaster, with a shower head that barely functions, and a drain problem. The bar/restaurant is adequate, and when we stayed here, room service decided to close up shop 10 minutes early from scheduled closing -- I guess they too could not wait to leave the place. Me too. FInd something a bit more renovated and customer friendly. D-
