For starters the hotel smells funny (not that big of a deal). We checked in, dropped our stuff in the room quickly and left to go shopping for the day. We came back to the room and began getting ready for our events that evening and were alarmed at the things we found in the room. For starters, there was mucus on the comforter of one of the beds. The guest sleeping in that bed tossed the comforter in the corner thinking it was just something the cleaning crew did not catch (i would think this would be removed if washed). Then I saw some red subtance splashed across the wall (blood/vomit looking). Then, to top everyrthing off, right as I was grabbing my jacket out of the closet we found a pair of dirty women's unwear. At this point there was little evedence that the room was even cleaned before we got in there. This was the last straw. The guest that paid for the room called the front desk and explained what we found in the room. They apologized and offered to move us to another room. At this point we had to decline getting moved because we were already running late for our event of the evening. We had no time to pack up and move. The desk clerk assured us he would notify management and rectify the situation. We were told we would be called back in the morning. Of course we were never called. So when the paying guest called the front desk AGAIN to see in to the situation , he sat on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on him. While leaving we went to the front desk enraged. They did NOTHING and were open to tell us just that. Wow!

I came on a business trip and spent most of my time in the room waiting on my partner to finish up working. The room was comfortable. We had an issue unexpectedly with our room (a loud buzzing noice) and the staff immediately offered us a room upgrade and were gracious with ensuring our comfort. I checked out of the hotel room and was allowed to finish my business day working downstairs in the lounge which fit my needs perfectly. I can say, the people in this hotel were very helpful. The indoor pool looked great, but I did not enjoy it or the hot water tub on this visit. I would return.

not what I expected

This hotel was a bit hard to find. And it was more the standard of a lesser hotel - not what I've come to expect from Comfort Suites. We stayed the weekend but it wasn't the greatest. This was our 4th stay at a hotel in 5 weeks & this was the smallest room, not very clean & needed some updating.

I will only stay where my business is appreciated. I have stayed here twice but no more as the front help is continually rude. I want my business appreciated.
