My room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff could not have been nicer. When I checked in the Night Manager took the time to explain everything about my room and was very pleasant and kind. I knew from the information provided and from the staff at check in that I would not be able to get local channels on the TV and that breakfast would be a pastry and coffee so there were no surprises. The furnishings are a little worn and the tub a bit yellow with age but they were clean.
If you are looking fancy decor and a big breakfast bar this is not your place but if you want a clean, comfortable place to stay that is convenient to the interstate and plenty of fast food options this is a great value. I got two nights for what I have been paying for one lately. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to that area.
Cold Showers

This is the worst experience I've had with a hotel. Our second morning there was no hot water. I understand things happen but what is more upsetting is the apathy on the part of the hotel and their corporate customer serice. Upon checkout, the desk clerk said she could not give us any compensation. I had to talk to the owner, who was due in that afternoon. When I called the coporate number I was told my complaint was being filed and I'd get a call back. This is now two days later, the owner has not called, and upon calling the corporate number again there is no record of my previous call. I tried calling the owner and was told he doesn't come in regularly and my info would be passed on to him, which is what I was told two days ago. I am still trying to find someone, anyone, who cares enough to try to make things right. You can bet I will never stay at a Knight's Inn ever again!

The shower had no pressure; you could not adjust the air conditioner. The hair dryer was broken. Nothing seemed to work as expected.

I enjoyed my stay with my family for three nights, no problems with the rooms and other amenites, would go back again

Excellent service and affordable price is the combination of this Motel. We enjoyed our stay, also the break fast in the morning had 4 types of cereals, waffle, muffins, honeybuns, coffee cakes, fruit salad and other stuff, staff was really helpful. Would surely visit this place and would recommend this place.
