Had a wonderful stay

The staff are very friendly, Had a great weekend get away. The only problem was carpet was wet from air unit. But called and they took care of it. And we watched the fireworks from our room. No dout we will return and stay again.
I'd Never Recommend This Hotel. BED BUGS!!

The front desk was very slow, but not quite as slow as the elevator, which was also extremely stuffy. The A/C on the sixth floor did not work, so the entire hallway was stifling hot and uncomfortable. The beds were hard, and I checked out with 70-80 bites all down my legs from bed bugs. When I spoke with one of the employees about my bites, they insisted that it wasn't a problem and argued that they were mosquito bites and the hotel wasn't responsible. My doctor, on the other hand, told me that they were, indeed, bed bug bites.
While the beach view of Sand Key was beautiful, the hotel's beach was filthy and covered with cigarette butts and other garbage. I was extremely unhappy with my stay at this hotel.
OLDER HOTEL, BUT CLEAN IN AND OUT

Similar to other hotels along clearwater beach. Staff were friendly and courteous. Pool was 95 degrees,like a hot tub.Had a nice 4 day stay in early november.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and I might go back agaion. However the swimming pool was out of service for 2 days of our 5 day stay. What a bummer. The staff were very friendly, however they should have come up with a plan during the loss of the pool. Maybe they could have created games the kids could play or have another hotel allow us to use their pool. They should invest in the game room, there was only 3 games.

The front desk staff were not friendly. The elevators were functioning poorly and the air conditioners were not working. The patio furniture was in poor condition and very limited in number. We checked out early.
