I'm usually very impressed w/ Marriott hotels, but this place was just nasty. I arrived around 5 pm and went up to do some business on my computer but my internet connection wasn't working. I eventually discovered that none of my electrical outlets were working so I went downstairs and they gave me a new room. SAME PROBLEM, except this room's door wouldn't even lock. So after 2 hours, I checked out. The horrible customer service rep didn't even offer to take care of my 2 hour hotel stay. If you are considering this hotel for your stay, reconsider! The Holiday Inn Express is a much better hotel at a very reasonable price.

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn with my young son and his baseball team and there families as well.After having a very bad experience at another hotel about a mile away the previous night.We all switched to the Fairfield Inn and it helped make for a very enjoyable trip for all 40 people associated with the team.They let us check in a 8:00 A.M,which is was great and it gave us a chance to get settled in before leaving for the day to go to the tournament.Also we were able to enjoy there breakfast buffet before we departed,which by the way is a great buffet.It was so convienent to be able to walk a few steps and have a great breakfast,especially when you have little kids to feed.It was a great way to start each day off.The staff were all very nice,rooms were very,very clean and comfortable.the pool was very clean and very refreshing to all after a long hot day at the ball fields.If I ever go back to Gainesvillle we will definatley be staying at the Fairfield.Thanks again to everyone at this hotel,they went above and beyond to accomadate us.

On our recent vacation we stayed at many different motels this one being the most expensive and the most disappointing. Room was pretty clean but very small. My wife and I could not stand side by side and there was a large tear in the side of the mattress along almost half of its length. It was also right next to I-75 which made it rather noisy

We have stayed here before and will again. The only gripe is that the air conditioner must be left on in order for top air quality.

Room was clean. Nice that they provided towels for pool. Decent breakfast (make your own waffles) although they ran out of donuts.
