For the price...this is a "no-brainer" The staff was exceptional...one staff member even remembered my name each day and addressed me as such each evening. Hotel was VERY clean...Without hesitation I would stay here again...thanks TownSuites.
Excellent value and amenities. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

This hotel is a place I would return to. My room was large and comfortable and the kitchen
contained utensils and pots to cook with if needed.

This is a comfortable hotel and offers a central location for the arts and business dealings in downtown Denver. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the fooms are comfortable and clean, the price is a good bargin.

The TownePlace Suites on Speer Blvd in Denver is a fine hotel...solid three stars...clean rooms
comfortable bed...kitchenette is stocked with cooking tools in case you wish to walk to the King Soopers market about 1/2 mile down Speer and make your own meals. The biking/walking creek path in the middle of Speer blvd is a great place to get some exercise and it goes on for quite a while...
The morning continental breakfast hits the spot...nothing fancy, mind you...but it works very well...I have stayed here a number of times since I have been coming to Denver and the staff is attentive and cordial..Housekeeping does an excellent job, which, in my opinion is the make or break criteria for a return trip...anywhere.
The only thing that disturbed me was that the room was overscented with some sort of spray designed to make the room smell good....I mentioned it to the manager and she was receptive to my suggestion to change that procedure.
Combine flight with this hotel through and I think you will be very satisfied..

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. I was there for a week and the small kitchen in the room was very handy. The parking is free but most of the spots are tiny, it might be difficult if you have a full size SUV. Overall the hotel was very nice and a great value for the price that I paid.
