Just a so-so resort on beautiful property. Beach / public areas / pool not always clean. Mold in bathroom; TV broken; (both fixed, but had to ask & shower curtain clips broken in process; had to ask to have them fixed too.) Young "service" staff obviously not trained; often rude. Mandatory 20% gratuity removes incentive. Don't mind paying for premium resorts, but this isn't one. Will stay at Ritz if we go back.
