Great for the price

The reviewer who complained about the lack of shampoo and weekly cleaning just doesn't get it. This is an extended stay place. They tell you up front that they clean weekly and amenities are not there - bring your own. Very clean, nice size, even a kitchen. We paid less than half what a comparable place cherged just 1/2 mile away.

When traveling to Franklin, TN for the first time we decided to take our chances (as recommended by a friend) and look for deals on priceline.com. There we were told that we could get a room for a mere $35 if we selected a one-star hotel. This seemed a little risky but we checked the box and as we were told we would be upgraded to a three-star hotel. The price was great, more than great, excellent! But with the three-star quality I was preparing for the worst.
When we entered our hotel room for the first time at Homestead Studio Suites we were blown away. Not only was it very clean and well kept, but for $35 a night we had gotten a room with a queen-sized bed, TV, large closet, bathroom, and FULL kitchen! Full as in sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, and a small island with stools.
The employees were more than helpful when asked for a cot and carried (single-handedly) a cot with a single-sized mattress to our upstairs room.
As we returned month after month the quality, care, and convenience remained the same. I gladly recommend the Homestead Studio Suites of Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs area to anyone who needs a small, but more than efficient, place to stay on any type of trip. Even without the priceline deal this hotel is worth it.
Three-stars? Homestead Studio Suites has 5 stars in my book!

Good Value for Money

My unit at the Homestead Suites in Franklin was very clean. Bed was comfortable (not luxurious), nice water pressure in shower, well maintained grounds / exterior, everything you might need if want to prepare light meal. Excellent access to I-65 and very near the Galleria Mall. I would not hesitate to stay here again for the price and convenience.
