Everything about the hotel looked nice through check-in. Lovely from the outside, in a good neighborhood, and friendly staff. My opinion quickly changed upon seeing the room, though. I am quite familiar with the size of London hotel rooms and knew ...Read more

The single room is ridiculously small. There were no shelves for clothing. Last year I stayed in London at a similarly located hotel with twice the amount of space for the same money. Won't come here again.

The breakfast was ridiculously expensive! There was a problem with the bathroom, that I feel they knew about but gave us this room anyway. The hotel had a strange layout, but it served the purpose.
