The hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful and wonderful just to simply hang out and enjoy. We never wanted to leave the hotel to explore the rest of San Jose! We ate numerous times at the hotel and was never disappointed. The food is very good and very reasonable. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. If ever in San Jose, this hotel will always be our choice!
Out of downtown, quiet, comfortable, good resturant.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive Staff. Room included breakfast which was excellent, every day something different, plenty of fruit and custom made omlettes.
Two bedroom suite was perfect for us, included kitchenette and washer dryer. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked when needed. Helpful conceirge booked great trips to rainforest, volcanos, beach & hot springs.
Business center computers rarely worked and were full of viruses. Location is quiet and out of downtown hustle, just a * cab ride to all the action. Hotel was well protected from outside dangers, but the area around the hotel looked dangerous particularly at night.
A good place for a quite rest after adventures.

My partner, my sister and myself went to CR to rent a home. We were very apprehensive, given my previous lodging experiences throughout Latin America. We were quite frankly stunned by our experience at this facility. I have stayed at hotels worldwide and never have I had a better experience. The room was perfect, the staff was extremely helpful and professional and the complimentary breakfast was the best that I have ever had. I recommend this property without hesitation.

While they cater to the local business trade, this is a great place to use as a jump off point. Extremely helpful staff, when I had a business emergency come up and needed internet access on an off for most of the day, one of the front staff gave me his personal account access code. Very nice 2 room apts. Great restaurant. Also several small stores within walking distance for stocking kitchen.

Large spacious 2-bed room w/ kitchenette; good food in restaurant; very helpful staff; no traffic noise. Great for families, business travelers, singles, couples. Pool & hot tub kept clean & in order. Great price.
