Hands down I have to say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life! Everything you would ever need was there and more! The front desk staff was all smiles and soo accomindating! (thanks x for the screw driver for the car!) you get 2 t.V's so the person on the bed can watch and the person on the sofa can watch seperate shows! The bed was sooo big and soft! The rooms were awesome! The cleaning staff was kind and proffesional! The location the best! The hotel and staff meet all my standards and more! Im coming back just to stay there again!

The staff was friendly and tried to please your needs. They had us sign a statement stating that we would not have a party in our room or would be charged $500. That was different from anywhere we have gone before but was not a problem. The room was not as pictured in their photos of the room but everything was there and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again. I would recommend the Chase to those traveling or staying for a stay in El Paso for vacation.

The room was very nice. Had wireless computer access for Laptop and nice setup. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Our son stayed one night with us on his return and slept next to the fireplace on sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. Matress for sofa bed was much thicker than a normal sofa matress. Nice kitchen area and overall very nice and enjoyable stay. My husband and I were there a total of 3 nights and 4 days. I would recommend absolutely. Also was very close to the airport (5 - 10 minutes away) and very close to Fort Bliss. Very convenient location.

The staff here was super helpful. We had a wedding with many friends and families coming from out of town. We had 6+ rooms occupied and EVERYONE loved this hotel. Great rooms, comfy beds, good showers, super clean. They are rennovating, so there are areas that do not look as nice right now, but still a great place to stay. Only complaint - we had paid for our room and one other room ahead of time, the front desk clerk could not figure it out and our guests ended up paying for their own room instead of applying the charge to our card.

The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave directions to attractions we were looking for. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Two pools accessible location. I would definitely stay there again. It was more like a resort with the pools, fitness center, walking path and condo style setting. The staff helped diffuse a problem when their internet and printers went down in the business center and I need to print my boarding pass. They suggested Kinkos across the street which printed my boarding pass in no time.
