staff were great ,great location avoid room 502 above resturant smells like toast in am early am like 6am

Once again, this place has outdone theirselves! Early check in was met as promised with an upgrade to a beautiful corner suite without even asking! Used room service twice and it was superb! Restaurant has been remodeled and was just as awesome! There was some strange things floating in the pool and the lighting wires were out both days. Little scary! Hopefully they get this pool issues settled before our next trip, because we will be going back!

We stayed 4 nights at the Omni.Location is perfect. Service was above and beyond! Beautiful large suite. Very Clean! We have stayed at many hotels in Chicago, this was by far the best ever!!!!Plan on going back in Sept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans a stay in Chicago!!!

I got a special rate, but I see why Oprah puts her guests up here. It's nice all the way round. There are nicer hotels in Chi-town, but for location and staff, there is none finer. The room was maybe slightly dated, but it was a true "suite" and I enjoyed the extra room. The staff went above and beyond at every chance. I only had a problem with room service...it was not that good. Luckily, I only had to eat it once. The next morning I found that there were numerous eateries within a stone's throw away. What a great location!!

It is worth every penny. Centrally located, it has an immaculate dining area, a pool and in all rooms, there are spas.
