Awsome room and views. Ask for a corner suite. Restaurant dinning was fabulous as was the food. Excellent hotel staff.

Highly recommended.

Everyone connected to the hotel was wonderful. Always helpful & friendly. They were the best! Location is excellent. Room service correct everytime and food very good. We love having a separate living area. 1st time visit but will come again and again.

Very nice

Aside from the television being mounted toward the windows (and not being able to face bed or couch directly) The Omni is the place to stay when in Chicago. What a gorgeous bathroom, plush bathrobe, wonderful bed (and bedding)...I could go on forever about how great the room is. I have no comments about anything else because I enjoyed the comfort and view from our room so much, had an interview and enjoyed the Omni for all it was. The business center was ok as well.

First time in the Windy City with the kids!

Before committing to a hotel in Chicago, I read the reviews from at least 30 others and the Omni had the fewest problems if any. What a beautiful hotel! Best spot on Michigan Ave. as far as proximity to shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was huge and beautiful. Kids loved the pool and skydeck overlooking Michigan Ave. All in all the best value for our money. The doormen and concierge were very nice to us and incredibly helpful. We will most definitely stay at the Omni again!

We had a wonderful sisters' getaway in Chicago. A fantastic location for shopping and all of the major sites. The room was absolutely amazing and a great quiet retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Loved it loved it loved it! The only downside was the guest services desk was not very helpful and a little cold. One appeared to be on the computer every time we went up to her desk and she didn't ackowledge us at all. It didn't matter since we are pretty savvy travellers.Everyone else from the bell staff to the registration desk were wonderful.
