Great place to stay, especially for the accomodations. Nice, clean, roomy rooms! Very good for families with kids, as living areas had pull-out beds. Turn-down service even left cookies & milk for them. Front desk staff was very pleasant, but the doorman (doorpeople!) were even more amazingly friendly and helpful. Pool was a little small, and as other people came it was tough to get your own space to swim. Pool toys were a plus though. Perfect location for shopping on Michigan Ave and easy walk to good restaurants and trains. Loved it and would go back there every time in Chicago.

hotel was convenient to all downtown areas, shopping, food, ect. Extremely clean, excellent service, it would be our first choice if we went back!

we stayed her for my husbands birthday, we were very excited for a weekend with just the 2 of us. the staff was awesome very attentive, and helpful. we got lost coming in and the were awesome with directions. great door staff, not a long wait for car and very helpful with cab and storing bags! the only bad thing i saw was the bathroom didnt look very clean, for the price you would think they would make sure there bathroom was spotless. the shower had hair in it, and looked like it needed a good scrub. i didnt complain to the staff but i probably should have.

Weather was very cold. Thermometer was turned up to 80 but the room never got very warm. Pocket door between bedroom and bathroom was partially off it's track and made a lot of noise when slide open or closed during the night. Asked to have it fixed but that never happened in the three days we were there. Pool area was also very cold. Otherwise, a very nice hotel. Room was large. Nice bed. Good location. Best feature being the very friendly, helpful staff at the door, loby and in housekeeping.

We got a great last minute deal worth every penny. Beds that make you want to sleep all day and watch one of your two flat screen tvs, very nice. Clean room. Nice robes. Wireless. Great location. Close enough to cool resturants. Nothing bad to report.
