Room nice but A/C was not working and we complained twice. Do not even eat at the restuarant, Falls View. The prices are outrageous and the buffet was horrible. Spend your time out and about and eat a piece of pizza or something. The best food we had was appetizer at Hard Rock and that is stretching it. If you go into knowing the food is bad and expensive then you won't be disappointed.

we stayed on jacuzzi suite..it was awesome..the bed was so comfortable...we could see falls..and it was so beautiful..but its true...we had to pay a lot of tax....

Hotel was very nice but I have one concern. I have never .....ever......been charged a fee for parking my own car in the lot of the hotel that I paid to stay at. I had to pay $* per day for me....... not someone else ..........to park my car. It was the first time and last time for this uncalled extra charge.

Staff was friendly and helpful. If wanting a fallsview request the 5th floor or higher.

I checked in early and luckily they were able to give us our room. That was a good start but it went downhill from there. The man at the desk,Carlos, told me I had to pay for my room in full, which was absolutely fine. What he did not mention was that they had already charged my card the amount in full! They charged me twice!!! It was not until I checked my bank account while there that I noticed they charged my card as well. I spoke to a supervisor and was told they would give me the refund, but let me add not apologetic and certainly not accomadating whatsoever. I was very agry and told him, if I hadn't check I never would have known. This hotel also charges for EVERYTHING..internet,bottled water in the room, and no continental breakfast. For the money we spent, we expected more..at least some decent service!!
