CONDO VERY NICE,BUT LACKED A FEW THINGS

Condo very nice and clean. It only had 2 wash cloths for a two bedroom, 2bath unit.No iron or ironing board. Could not control heat. Got very hot every night.
Not nice, 2 stars at best.

It's sad the potential for this place was lost in the dirt on the floors and furnishings. The carpets were disgusting and the tile hasn't been cleaned or swept in awhile. The furniture was old, and dirty. The tables weren't cleaned off or even dusted. Perfect for a kegger for college kids . . . too bad we weren't drinking. Not recommended. The bedding wasn't clean and hadn't been updated for years. Be careful when booking with Travel website . . . don't trust the ratings. Lesson learned.

Not clean, carpets horrible! Floors not clean anywhere! Nothing dusted or cleaned off! Furnishings were old and dirty and the bed linens were dirty. There was only one TV that worked in the main floor bedroom . . . not living room. Would not recommend unless you wanted a place to get drunk!
Satisfactory condo

We stayed in a two-bedroom condo in April 2007. Descriptions of the condo were very accurate--no surprises. The place was clean, comfortable, and the goody bag was a nice touch. It is actually in Kimball Junction, 7 miles outside of Park City. It is a good location, if you are not in the area to ski, but to visit, shop, hike/run. Except for running out of hot water during the third shower of the morning, I would recommend the condo without reservation.

The condo was a nice size and accomodated us nicely. Nice kitchen, 2 bedrms and loft. The refrigerator was not working and it took 2 days for service to fix it. The dryer took over 2 hours to dry a medium load of wet clothes. The back sliding door didn't close properly. We had no maid service at all. I asked for a hair dryer and got it the next day. I had to borrow the neighbors dryer across the hall. I did like the location, next to the mall and close to all activities. I would book again but would ask that the unit be in better condition.
