Beware Travelocity's rating system: This is not a 3 star hotel.

Quote: Bring a pair of flip flops, you won't want to walk around in your room in bare feet since the carpet is so filthy. This hotel is okay for 1 star/almost 2 star but to call it 3 star is just ridiculous. Arrived for check in at 10:00PM - nobody at the... Read the full Comfort Inn Chattanooga review

Quote: I booked a hotel got a motel. This place is a truck stop, not safe and I wasted money on this place. Although I paid for it, I did not check in at all. There are better sites to use and to be honest booking directly on a hotels site is better.... Read the full Comfort Inn Chattanooga review

Quote: The parking lot was uncomfortable, I felt unsafe with the individual who drove through the parking area. The room was only cleaned two day of the entire trip; no option for limited service. The pillows were HARD and the sheets unclean. \nThe staff... Read the full Comfort Inn Chattanooga review

Good for the price

Quote: This hotel was a pretty good value. You can tell the hotel has been remodeling. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Kind of a strange layout though. Outdoor pool only which was not open when we stayed.

Not worth the cost!

Quote: Room was old, smelly and not very clean. Floor was filthy. Shower head practically came off. I had to work on it myself to get it functioning. Sheets looked old and worn! Family was very dissapointed and vowed to never stay there again!
