Terrible, stay away from this hotel

Econolodge in Reno is terrible. the reading light was broken, the bathroom door was broken. The room is dirty.
I informed the hotel and they did not care, they not even say thank you for the information. Please shut down this hotel. Econolodge in Reno is public health hazard.
EW... needs to be teared DOWN! ASAP!

This place is horrible and dirty and just plain GROSS!! My feet were dirty just from walking on the carpet [might as well walk barefoot outside] probaly cleaner!! Rooms way too small for a family! JUST DONT STAY THERE... NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

"Not worth even the low price. Smoke smell in non-smoking rooms, as staff cannot read/speak English, they add ashtrays to non-smoking rooms. No lobby service early, breakfast starts late. Noisy.No clock/hairdryer, none available to borrow. "

The rudest, most arrogant staff I've ever encountered--and they had no respect for our privacy. Also, the rooms were horrible.

this hotel was old, no attemps to upgrade. tv was very old, poor color. room was none smoking and it stunk of a room with 30 smokers stayed in it.internet didnt work. i called about to the clerk and was argued about it with me.
