COMFY AND COZY ATMOSPHERE

THE HOTEL STAFF WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING AND GENUINE THROUGHOUT MY 4-DAY STAY. IT'S CENTRALLY LOCATED FOR TRAVELS TO SOUTH BEACH, AIRPORT, and FT. LAUDERDALE ETC. WHICH WE REALLY NEEDED FOR OUR ITINERARY. IT'S RIGHT OFF THE HWY AND WITH SOME TRAVEL, ACCESSIBLE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR STAY. FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE ALL THE TIME.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was welcomed with friendly faces and smiles. It only took a moment to check me in and I was off to my room. The room was more than I expected!! I can't say enough positive things about my stay. I was there for 4 days. Everyone was more than accommadating. Housekeeping was excellent. Anything I needed, all I had to do was ask.

We stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels nearly every week. I have only stayed in one other one as nice as this one, and that was in Cortez, Colorado. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every staff member encountered says "hi". The rooms and the rest of the hotel is very well maintained. The breakfast is fully stocked. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Miami area.

My husband & I were in Miami on business during the Superbowl weekend. The convenience of this hotel (1/2 way to miami dolphin stadium & 1/2 way to south beach, miami) made traveling to both venues very easy. The hotel has easy access to the highway. The staff was very courteous and helpful with directions and maps. The check-in process was speedy, the rooms were clean, a little dimly lit although there were 3 or 4 lamps in the room. Room service was timely. This hotel was an asset to our very prosperous business weekend. When we return to the area we will definately stay here again.

We were worried about staying close to Miami, but, I have to say this hotel did it all. A great room with nice amenities, friendly helpful staff and a breakfast that was top notch.
