Incompetent and Inconsiderate

We stayed two nights, and we were charged TWICE--It appeared on our bank account that charges were made two times. Staff there wouldn't do anything about that, and accused us of being at fault. We ended up calling Sheraton main number to get charges taken away (corporate was very helpful), but it still was a headache in the middle of our vacation. We stayed there specifically because they had an indoor pool (there were cheaper places) but the water was freezing, so that was money wasted.

The layout of this hotel is extremely confusing, and parking at times can be very limited. The lobbies and hallways are very run down, I cannot stress that enough. They smelled terrible and looked as if they had not been renovated since the 1970s. The rooms were slightly better, but anything but clean. Pubic hairs were on the toilet seat and all along the bath tub, never in my life have I ever stayed in a hotel with such a complete disregard for simply cleaning the hotel room! It was also very loud, so I wouldn't count on trying to sleep in. The only redeeming factor of the stay was the bed. It was very comfortable, but I would certainly never stay here again.
Don't stop here!

Our Room was dirty and when we went to take a shower the next morning nasty water sloshed out from under the liner placed in the tub to refinish it. Smelly and foul. When the desk was called the attitude was so what do want us to do about it?
Meeting rooms very hard to get to this hotel has a very difficult layout. Up and down staires to get to different levels then to an elevator. Never saw anything like it before. Food expensive for what you got.

All the carpeting needs replaced, the comforter on the bed had stains, one light bulb was burnt out in the bathroom which was really small. The internet is $9.95 per day- we did not use- when elsewhere where it was free.Did not choose this hotel- it was part of race weekend package- would not recommend to anyone else. Thought it would be better being a Sheraton.

Despite havig many open rooms, we were placed in the middle of a convention group....screamimg, drunk group members kept us awake until 4AM, and started up again at 7AM. Room run-down and staff unfriendly.
