nice comfortable facility

the hotel located just minutes away from the falls, it is also located minutes away from malls and many good restaurant. the hotel staff were friendly, the rooms was well cleaned smelled fresh and well maintened. the pool wasnt open by the time we got their. overall the hotel was comfortable and will visit their again.

The location of the property is excellent is near to major mall, American falls and Canadian border is great. the rooms were nice and comfortable and the staff was also friendly. We will visit this place again.

Impossible to be honest and not sound mean-spirited. This place is filthy and unsafe. The staff was totally unprepared for our booking. There was blood on the towels, cigarette burns on the sheet, far too much furniture for such a small room, and the refrigerator had been disconnected sometime prior and was sour and unfit to use. The ice machine was broken. The wall heater/ac unit pulled right out of its moorings and was unsafe. The lamp in the room had a short in the wiring. The mattresses were second-hand mattresses purchased from a different hotel and were no longer any good. We were only provided one sheet on the bed...no top sheet, no blanket...just a dirty bedspread to cover with. The neighborhood is also unsafe and there are no extra security measures. There is a fairly nice hotel within walking distance of this place. Do yourself a favor and at least stay there.

i was traveling to niagara falls, and i stayed at Budget host inn niagara falls,it was a great experiance, the room were clean and comfortable, the location was great, and most important it worth the money you pay for.

i DON'T KNOW HOW THIS MOTEL GOT ANY GOOD REVIEWS, IT IS A DUMP. ROOM WAS DIRTY, LIGHTS DIDN'T WORK, WATER WAS COLD, TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
