Good for a night

This was an average Best Western. The desk staff was nice and welcoming, but the room staff you had better watch out for. They were in the hallways and elevator from 8:00 to 12:00. They would not say excuse me or make any attempt to move out of your way when you would try to get around them. The contintal breakfast need major improvement, I was expecting a little bit more than ceral .And the JB's is out of business. The pool and hottub were good. They had a pool table, ping pong and some acracde games for kids. This would be a good hotel for families.

My stay was very plesant and the room and the hotel was sparkling clean. I would be happy to stay there again.

Didn't receive the room reserved; reluctantly changed by indifferent desk clerk; annoying daily safe fee.

We got a good price for a nice room. Had no major problems, and they even let us check out a couple of hours later.
Great Alternative to SLC

New. large, easy access from freeway, pool and hot tub, continental breakfast, large TV, friendly desk staff. You can work in your room, and be in downtown SLC in 30 minutes. However, doors from room to corridor are paper thin so you can hear conversations, ice machine, and noisy inconsiderate guests as they walk down the corridor. Apart from that, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
