Great rooms but lacked some customer service

We loved the room that we stayed in and the ameneties, however, the front desk staff made the experience less enjoyable. The front desk staff reflect heavily on the appearance of a hotel. I would definitely stay again because the breakfast was great, the pool was fun, and it was in a good location. I don't expect the front desk to be cheesy, but they could be a lot more polite and professional. Also, the rooms were really nice, however, the rooms would look a whole lot better with new bedspreads. The beadspreads don't do justice to the quality of the rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been impressed. For a lower-priced hotel, the accomodations are wonderful. I especially love the large, cozy lobby area with fireplace. And the pool/jacuzzi area (with ping pong, pool table, arcade games) is also very nice. Good atmosphere.
The young people working the front desk were a lot of fun. Very personable and helpful. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and working with each other, as well. They even made a fresh batch of homemade cookies at our request. This hotel has a great breakfast (included).
Great Extras

The rooms are nice, clean and have what you need but the extras make this hotel great. When traveling with kids hotels are always tuff because they are always bored. There is plenty to do. Not only do they have a great indoor pool and hot tub but they also have a pool table, ping pong table, and an arcade area that my husband had a great time in. The breakfast had tons of choices and did I mention the fresh baked cookies in the lobby!!!
Too much noise, horrible experience.

This motel does not have a sound proof wall, so you will hear
1. Upstairs room(walking) noise.
2. Ice machine noise(making ice-all night, people take ice early in the morning)in the hallway.
3. Dog was barking next door.
4. Shower sounds, flush toilet sound.
5. Swimming pool was nasty.
6. Breakfast was terrible.
Good value; good location; nice lobby and pool facilities

We booked rooms here mainly because of room rate ($30 less per night than comparable hotels in the area) and location (near the factory outlets). The front desk at check-in was very friendly, asking where we were from, why we were staying in Park City. She gave us vouchers for free coupon books to the factory outlet stores. The first room we had was pretty basic. However, there was a problem with the toilet not flushing and almost overflowing, so they immediately moved us to a nicer room -- one with fridge and microwave. We didn't use the pool facilites, but they looked very nice, even able to accommodate conference diners at poolside. The Park City area is very pretty this time of year, with the fall colors just coming on. The overall hotel experience met or exceeded our standards.
