Frustrated

I came here to attend a conference on-site. First, you have to pay for a shuttle from the airport. Room service? One night decent, the next inedible. The rooms are in dire need of updating. I had 1 remote control & 1 bedside lamp that did not work. The pillow cases were dirty. The toilet paper & tissues were very clearly the CHEAP kind (the public school I work in has been quality). The room has many, many signs of wear. And, the most frustrating was "We'll be happy to arrange transportation for you!" only to have my plans have to be cancelled when the rental car did not show up after 2.5 hours and all they could say was "We only make the phone call" Very, very frustrating. And I can't wait to get home. On the positive side, the pool area and outside courtyard are lovely, and remind me of Disney.

We live about 2 hours away from Tucson, and had to attend a wedding, so we decided to make a weekend out of it and booked our room at the Radisson. It was beyond every expecation we had. The room was so comfortable and relaxing. It had a fridge and a coffee maker, a very comfortable writing desk, and the seperate bedroom was awesome! The bed was soooo comfortable my husband who usually can't sleep longer than 7 hours, slept for 12! Feather pillows and a down comforter just made it more dreamy. The hotel is pet-friendly, but we had to pay *.00 for the pleasure of bringing our 6lb. chihuahua. That was the only downside of our stay. The corridor is absolutly beautiful, green and lush with grass and vines, plants and trees. It really seemed tropical. Our view from the room was super, mountians and a golf course. We just can't wait to go back!

Staff was great! We arrived in the dark and they stayed on the phone with us until we knew how to get to the hotel. Everyone loved the grounds. The pool is huge and spectacular. The restaurant was always busy, but never lacked for fresh food and courteous staff. Lunch by the pool was a nice treat. The room was huge with two separate vanities, two TVs, a desk, a private balcony. Easy access for the wheelchair. Nice touch of coffee or lemonade in the lobby along with fresh fruit. Would recommend to everyone.

In a world with so many choices, I highly recommend this hotel. The room decor is very pleasing and the beds are extremely comfortable. The balcony is an added pleasure. The location is very convenient to the University and fine dining. The pictures in the advertisement of the hotel truly represent the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. The restaurant was fairly good and the outdoor eating by the pool was a nice. I would definately stay again and look for other Radisson Suites in the future!
