Great Hotel for the Price

The Hotel is very nice for the money & the Bed & pillows were really Comfy. The location is perfect for the area with restuarants & stores nearby. The beach is nice but as others have said, on the weekend boats come into the beach and anchor there & drink all day long with Loud music blaring. This should be stopped as the patrons of the Hotel are paying for the beach & should be able to use it on weekends without the distraction of those people.. The weekdays are better without them. The pool & bar are good with a view of the waterfront, etc.
Parking is free as is the beach lounges, etc & there is always great coffee to be had in the lobby at all times.. We would definatly stay there again if in the area- but would plan on going to another beach on the weekend. Clearwater beach is close by, but is far too crowded. You can just go across the bridge to the beach & park at Sand Key which is also free. All in all I highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was nice; very convenient location; we did not have a car nor did we need one. Pool and beach were nice but you need to get down early and reserve chairs if the weather was nice; none were available by noon (so they probably need to invest in more; it was like being in Vegas). Rooms are adequate, not huge but fine for the two of us. The tiki bar was a nice amenity, too.

we stayed here for 3 nights origanally had 2 nights booked from march 29th - april 2nd 2009. beautiful rooms and view of the gulf. staff were very friendly, rooms were exceptionally clean. this is an awesome place to stay and would definately recommend this hotel to everyone. our children loved the heated pool as well, there were also pool towels always readily available. the staff and management are very very friendly and make you feel at home.
the photos of this hotel do no justice as it is way nicer in person.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The last time, 4 years ago, was nice. But this time: wow, have things changed in Clearwater Beach. Lots of new high-rises. And the rennovations at this hotel are superb. I recommend splurging for the ocean view room. Worth every penny. Lovely room decor, comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom, frig/micro in room. We watched from our balcony the singer in the gazebo down at the pool. Close to all kinds of things. Walking distance to putt-putt golf, drugstore, and a great Italian restaurant across the street. Fun bar too with great drink special, also across the street. We hated to leave.
