This hotel needs new management. The housekeeping crew not friendly, room was never vacumed, I question if the sheets were ever changed, nasty bedspread had to be replaced, I asked for toilet paper two times, finally had to go to the front desk, my tub was filthy had my family wear flipflops to shower. This is not a place for kids very unclean. This is the second hotel in WD I have stayed in that is this way for $* per night. Where are the nice places to stay?

Everything needs help in this hotel, the staff is unfriendly, the cleaning crew doesn't do their job and the place stinks! No elevator on the second floor! Stained sheets! Dirty carpet, keys don't work, bathroom smelled like pee!

It was not the best place to stay for a family vacation but it would be great for buisness travelers and honeymoon visits.

A very bad place to stay.Torn sheets, moldy showercurtain, carpet stained, no fan in bathroom=wet floor. First we had NO pillows, then one was one useless. Because we were staying 2 nights, we wrote a note to have the sheets changed,etc.. The sheets had the same holes in them, the shower curtain and pillow were replaced. But lo and behold my swim suit that was left in the room had ALL of the elastic taken out or stretched. It is an older suit, but it fit perfect the day before. I can't prove it, but I beleive my suit was tampered with because of my complaints.

I could not believe this was a three star hotel. In my opinion, it does not even deserve a two star. The room had odor, the table was nicked badly, and the coffee maker was stained. The front desk service was terrible. Clerk actually rolled her eyes and threw down a pen in front of me. We save and pay our hard earned money to go on a vacation and to be treated as if we were there to bother them, is not a way to deal with customers. This was a very disappionting vacation for us.
