The room was used as a hotel room should be used. Sleep. When I'm on vacation, I don't spend much time in the hotel. I'm off doing other things. The walls were a little thin, but dealable. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Room service came around 11 a.m., but if you're not out of the room, they didn't come back to clean up or make the bed.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED ON OUR STAY AT THE ECONO LODGE IN RICHMOND. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. THE TRIP WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ENJOYABLE. THERE WERE NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE THIS WEEKEND BECAUSE OF THE RACE. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS EXTRA FILTHY. THE BEDDING WAS FULL OF HAIR. THE FRONT DOOR HAD OVER AN INCH GAP BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. IT ALSO WAS LOCATED IN A VERY UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THE TELEPHONE RANG ALL NIGHT LONG FROM SOMEONE TRYING TO LOCATE A PRIOR GUEST. MY GIRLFRIEND WAS AFRAID TO LEAVE THE ROOM FOR HER SAFETY. WE WILL NEVER USE this online travel website AGAIN!!

We were very disappointed on our stay at this hotel in richmond. The staff was friendly. The trip was suppose to be enjoyable. There were no other rooms available this weekend because of the race. The hotel room was extra filthy. The bathroom door was busted in half from someone trying to bust the door down. The bedding was full of hair. The front door had over an inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. It also was located in a very unsafe neighborhood. The telephone rang all night long from someone trying to locate a prior guest. My girlfriend was afraid to leave the room for her safety.

Oh, my God, this was my worst nightmare. The room was so dirty and so stinky...There was a lot of strange things around the hotel.
