"This is the first and last time I will stay at HI. The room reeked of smoke, the drains were stopped up, and room service trays remained outside doors for the entire weekend. The kicker was some angry man was banging on my door at 2am, yelling for me to give him his cell phone charger. I immediately dial 0 and request security - but they told me they authorized him to come and check to see if his charger was in the room!!!!! The next day, the manager seemed clueless as to this event."

This hotel was in a great location. The I-Ride Trolley was great to get us up and down International Drive. The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly

We were stuck in some tall building clearly not part of the hotel site. Not a safe environment. Looked like a prison facility - all green and poor lighting Clearly it was some building they had bought out. It was 3 bldgs away from the hotel and not one staff member was in the whole building. Staff at the counter was mediocre - I just couldnt believe I was paying $$$$ for this.No restaurant and very small bar-

The whole place is green, literally. The floor of the atrium is nice and forms a courtyard. Beware if you have kids or gangly teens. The walkways are kind of narrow and the bars are low.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only one complaint. The business center should have computers where you can use for free. We were charged .20 per min and I thought that was ridiculous. Every other major city doesn't do this. The hotel has a great location and is convenient to everything. I would stay here again!!!
