really bad!!!!! moldy walls , moldy bathroom, filthy carpets, dirty beds (hair found on blankets, drool and lipstick marks on pillows). we tried to get out of our stay and get a refund and we were refused. we were offered a different room at a discounted price and that was the best they were going to offer. we left and stayed at a hotel down the road. it was much cleaner and wasn't smelly and it was also cheaper. if you stay here make sure you look at the room first before giving your credit card # because there is no turning back.........

This place specializes in "bait & switch" billing.
they use several deceptive sign in sheets and trick you into signing for a higher rate than the clerk states at check-in. They then say you signed for the high rate that they lied to you about.
Disgusting!

Disgusting! This was the worst hotel that I we have stayed in so far! The staff is helpless, made zero efforts to correct the situation when I complained. The sheets were not changed from the prior guests, but the bed was made to look like they were. Hair and stains on the sheets. Garbage bag on the balcony. spider nets all over the room, hair everywhere on blanket and sheets of a supposedly clean room. Ended up asking for clean sheets and changing them myself when came back to the hotel at night and found that still nothing was done. Would not tell me the name or the phone number of the manager. Us and our friends occupied 3 rooms and they were all equally disgusting. Awfully overpriced!
Worst I ever stayed in...

I am a well seasoned traveler being in the military for many many years and I can honestly say that I would have rather spent the night in a tent. When we arrived to check in we asked if our room was ready and was told that it was. So after hiking up stairs with our luggage, we get to our room to find the door open, the room smelled like a smokey tavern, the bed wasn't made, and the room itself looked like a cheap hourly motel room. My husband and I went back downstairs to to inform the front staff of what we found and instead of calling somone the front desk clerk yells out of a back door to the maid service chastising her about the room not being clean. My husband and I were mortified. The clerk put us in another room that was equally dreadful. The bed basically had the comforter thrown over it and the balcony was covered in cobwebs. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
Smelly Stay:(

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless they were desperate. The first room that they gave me stunk like mildew or mold. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep. The furniture was old, battered, and bruised, and the mattress felt like it was 20 years old. The pillows were all stained and either lumpy or flat; they each only had one pillowcase on them, that slipped right off. The sheets on the other bed in my room looked like they had been attacked by moths. The room itself was so dimly lit that I had to have the lamps and bathroom light on to feel comfortable that nothing was going to crawl on me. The fridge had some yellow spill across the bottom that hadn't been cleaned.
They have a "Pay up front, No Refund" policy that should have clued me off right away. I complained about my first sleepless night, so they gave me a different room the second night. This room, thankfully, had no odor. One of my pillows was new, but the other was old, lumpy, and stained. The bed was more comfortable, but it was more of a 4" mat on top of a Marriot boxspring than it was an actual mattress. There were food wrappers and a plastic fork sticking out from under the old dresser. The paint in the closet was peeling off of the walls.
The only positive thing I can say is that the bathrooms in both rooms were clean and appeared newly redone, as were the rugs in each room. The Mexican restaurant on premises was only OK. I wouldn't go back if they gave the rooms at the hotel or the food at the restaurant for free.
