This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is older with a rustic western feel. It has a great lounge area with a view of the mountains, a great breakfast service, an exercise area with more than the average number of machines, and both an indoor and outdoor pool. My only complaints are that it didn't have much of a business center, and some of the machines in the exercise room did not work properly. I would stay there again as it is a good value for the money.

When I booked, I thought the pictures of the hotel did not look too great, but I figured Sheraton is a decent brand. The hotel was very comfortable and a great value. My only complaint was that my coffe mug seemed to be dirty from the previous occupant, however there were disposable coffee cups in the room that I was able to use instead. I would stay again
4 Night Business Stay - Just "ok"

Well, I'm still here against my better judgement. First, getting the my elevator was a real project. Had to take a few turns and hallways (bypassing other elevators to get to "elevator E"). Once I got here, the room smells like smoke, despite requesting non-smoking. It smells horrible in here. I couldn't find my way out because of the screwy elevator thing so I went out the back door and walked around the building. On my way to the front of the hotel, there was a very expensive SUV with the back window broken out of it. Apparently robbed. There is no mini fridge or microwave so I'm on my own for food (I'm eating chips and dip for dinner). Hotel is old but appears somewhat clean I guess. I have to say that the bed is really comfortable...Oh...the power strip was full of plugs from lamps and TV so I only have one for my laptop. I have to charge my cellphone in the bathroom. Wired internet access in the room is free but it's free for a reason. It keeps disconnecting. When I called the help desk, the recording said there is no internet access at this time. That really stinks when you're here on business. It is right on a major highway so getting anywhere is very convenient and there are quite a few places to grab a bite around here. Also, Starbucks is almost next door. Last thing is that apparently you can't get in from the back of the building however I got in from a handicapped access that wasn't locked. That's a lttle scary,,,,good luck should you choose this hotel...Hope this helps
Service Left a Lot to be Desired

Although the room was fine, the service was horrible. On a sweltering day at the pool, there were no towels available and it took the staff 1.5 hours to bring 6 towels when there were 30 people at the pool. Long lines at the from desk in the middle of the day for no reason and online travel website said it was close to Downtown Denver. It's not but for a 30 minute RTD ride with 8 stops. Think twice about this one.
Ok hotel... poor plumbing!

The room's shower/tub only gave hot water the 1st day we were there. I called guest services and they sent a technician to fix the problem. When we returned that evening we had a message that the shower/tub was not fixed so we called Guest Services and I got another room. After moving into the new room we discovered the shower/tub only gave cold water! We had to shower in another room 3 floors away! The hotel did compensate by giving me one (1) free stay at one of their hotels.
