Good Travelocity Value, however the hotel was dirty

We booked 2 nights at this hotel. The first night was in a room by the pool. I thought this would be great because we planned on swimming. However, the rooms on this level (or at least the one we stayed in) were very dirty. There was mold/mildew in the tub, pieces of trash in the hallway that were there from the time we arrived (3:00 p.m.) until the next day around 11:00.
We forgot to put the DoNotDisturb sign out and the cleaning people knocked on the door at 7:30 am and opened the door. We said we were not ready and they said they would be back later. At 8:00 am they knocked again--OMG LEAVE US ALONE.
We asked the front desk for an upgraded room for the 2nd night and because we bought through Travelocity they would not do it. They did however give us the same class room on a different floor. This time the room was much cleaner.
The beds were pretty comfortable, however, they do not offer 2 queen beds only double beds or a King Size.
There was an indoor and outdoor pool that were both great.
Musty and old

Our room was on thr 2nd floor which was underground like a basement. When we got there we were very disappointed with the musty smell and the room looking very old. We called the office and ask for an upgrade and another floor. They charged us $25.00 more for the upgrade. The suite was much better and didn't have the musty smell on the fourth floor. The rooms need to be badly refurbished. The beds were very comfortable.
Awesome Bargain--Hidden Jewel!

For the price I got this hotel, it was the best bargain I've ever gotten in a hotel room. Excellent facility, very upscale. Very nice room, quiet, comfortable bed, and elaborate public areas. Convenient to the interstate. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.
Stay at the Sheraton

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Sheraton except for this one thing.
Every Sunday they have a pool party for the guests. That was cool, but if you weren't at the party the loud music would drive you crazy. The party goes from 11am to 5 pm. on Sundays
Great price for great hotel!

I had a really wonderful stay at the Four Points Sheraton. The staff was super friendly, and the room was immaculate. The only thing about it that wasn't completely to my satisfaction was the restaurant at the hotel. It was very pricey. Other than that, I loved the hotel! I will definitely stay there again if I get to go back to Denver!
