Awful Experience

I originally was scheduled to be at this hotel for 2 nights. I was on business, and had to cancel the second night. The clerk was not empowered to change the reservation, nor would he get anyone on the phone who could help me. (I was in the hotel at the time.) I have called the manager twice, and have not received any return calls.

The mini-suite was lovely. Quite roomy and very clean. Only complaint is the upkeep, or lack thereof, of the spa. The first day we were there the spa was cloudy and foamy; two days later when we returned, it was so green that the bottom could not be seen. Yuck---didn't use it.

Excellent front desk service, clean and comfortable, well-appointed room. Great place to stay. Room faced busy Hwy. 395 but thick and snug windows blocked out all of the noise. Very relaxingly furnished room & immaculate room. Free internet workstation on the lobby & nice indoor pool and spa.

My wife and I celebrate our anniversary on February 14, and this motel fits the bill nicely as it offers an indoor pool, spa and gym.T o make matters even better, it is centrally located in town. The rooms here are reasonably priced, well appointed, and service is good. We use this place to get away from our teenagers when we need a break from them, since we are locals they usually upgrade our room to a suite.
