Got a room on the first floor of the annex that was like a motel, which was surprising considering I was expecting to stay at their hotel. Room was decent for price, service was good replacing towels. Did not encounter any bug problems that I others may have complained about

the first 2 nights the room was't cleaned at all, there was no explanation for it and a lame apology from the manager (X), and even though the rest of the nights the room was cleaned the quality of the work is very poor

The only compalints i have about the hotel are that the windows didnt open so no fresh air was available. The mattresses were pretty hard and the carpet in our room could have used some updating. Other than that for the price it was a good value. The hotel is located right in the middle of I drive so everything is very close..attractions, dining, shops its all there.

The hotel could have been a little cleaner but for the most part it was nice. Most of the staff was cool and it was close to everything! Best of all I could bring my pets. So the whole family had a pretty good time.
Nice hotel...but woke up with bites all over body

Hotel was fine. The front desk was courteous, it was clean, pool was nice...but we would wake up every day with bites all over bodies. Not sure what was biting us, but they were itchy. Probably wouldn't stay here again
