clean room and walking distance to Universal

The room was basic and did the job...It was very clean. Lots of resturants to choose from and you can walk to Universal from the hotel[1.5 miles] They do have free internet in the lobby,but it only work two days out of the 7 nights that we were there. The pool was nice and clean as well.

I was in the middle of Fay with my children when I stayed and let me tell you it was the worse experience the room was very muggy, there was a dead lizard near the mini fridge and you are not able to ope your sliding door to get fresh air.
Keep your valuables with you or in your car!

I was delighted to see that the hotel was right in the middle of everything. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very polite front desk staff, very prompt and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Our room was very clean and came with a microwave and mini fridge at no additional cost. The view was amazing. The pool was very clean and nice. If your having any doubts about this hotel put them aside it's well worth the money. They provide free shuttles to the parks and it's only cab ride to universal if you decide not to take the shuttle. Great value and great location.

I would have paid more for a better bathroom - there was no exhaust fan. The towels were of poor quality and there weren't enough of them. Otherwise, the room was perfectly comfortable and a good value. I didn't find the front desk service to be particularly prompt or efficient, though. Being pooped after a big day at Universal, I would have appreciated better service. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was clean and comfy. The restaurant at the hotel had good food for breakfast. Good location in Orlando; close to attractions.
