We encountered problems due to the travel website not scheduling our hotel reservations. When we arrived to the hotel, they we're not expecting us but the receptionist was so nice about the entire situation that they booked us a room for the night until we got ahold of the travel website. Not just any room, an ocean view suite. It was perfect. Since I had to make multiple calls to the travel website to get them to fax our reservations, the hotel receptionist was patient with us. Overall the hotel employees we're nice and helpful. It's a little outdated but the service was good. We will definetly go back again and recommend our friends and family to stay there.
D got her chance to relax.

Had a GREAT time...the hotel staff was fabulous. Very Friendly. The Hotel is in need of remodeling which from what I was told will happen in a few months. quick tip for the remodelers: the bed should face the ocean view.
All inclusive includes tips - not here everyone wanted a tip...so take plenty of dollar bills with you!
The beach was wonderful and clean...rooms clean. Bed was like plywood.

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was, since the all-inclusive price was so reasonable. Excellent food and service. Clean. The only thing I really didn't like was the loudness of the music played at the pool. It was loud enough to send me to the balcony for some peace and the sound of the waves. Beach was great. Drive from airport approximately 30 minutes; recommend getting the ground transportation added to package for two reasons -- you won't get lost, and you won't accidentally drive on the wrong side of the road.
Vacation-Not a very good hotel

The hotel was old. Rooms were dirty and old. The bathroom faucets were crusted with mold and not clean. The carpets were dirty. On arriving we were placed in a smoking floor and room and it took 24 hours before we could get a non-smoking room. Not happy since we are both alergic to smoke. Reservation desk clerks were not very helpful at any time.
Nothing to do at the hotel and food was only passable. Hot food was never hot always cold.
The pool water was murky and not clear, did not look very inviting. We went in once and it felt oily.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
