Our hotel was in a great location...just one block from the Magnificent Mile. The staff was super helpful and even allowed us to check in a few hours early...since our room was ready. The room was nice and included a fridge and microwave which were very useful. The thing I was disappointed with was the hot tub...it was not very warm at all. I was really looking forward to soaking in a HOT tub after a long day of sight seeing. Also, the parking is convenient, but still very expensive even if you are a hotel guest...I feel they should offer more of a discount with the parking. However, all in all it was a nice place and excellent location.

We had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel. The location was ideal. The rooms were very well maintained but most importantly the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, outgoing and extremely professional. We will definitely be staying with them again.

The stay at the Four Points Sheraton was great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was centered around everything we wanted to see. We will definetly be staying there again any time I am in Chicago. I give our stay a thumbs up on everything.
Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!

The location is great but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. A smile and a greeting from everyone I encountered made my stay memorable. I would stay at this property again in a heat beat.
