Nice hotel close to everything

This hotel is perfect for a stay close to Michigan Avenue and to nice restaurants. Room very clean, staff very helpful, nice enclosed parking garage, free internet. We did not use the hotel restaurant for breakfast so can't rate it. We got a good rate so I will look here first if we visit Chicago again.

This hotel was really great! My friends and I had been searching online for a good hotel to stay at since this was our first trip to chicago and we came across this hotel and thought it sounded pretty good. It exceeded my expectations! The room was big, clean and nicely decorated, the people that worked there were so nice and helpful in letting us know places to see and eat at, and it was in a great location! I would highley recommend this hotel to anyone!

Just one block west of Michigan Ave, this was the perfect location for our Chicago getaway. All the staff was exceptionally friendly, from the doorman to the cleaning staff. We were always greeted with a warm hello and the hotel staff was very knowledgeable when it came to suggestions as to what to see and how to see it. The only (very minor) downside, was that our 1 king bed room was rather small. But, we weren't there much anyway! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for several nights to see our new-born granddaughter. The hotel is very nice and great location, train station is near by, many restaurants are nearby.
We definitely will stay here again for the future visit.

Great Location. Beds are small. Staff was awesome! Jeremy found us tickets for Wicked at the last minute and the seats were excellant.
