we have stayed at this hotel before. it is a great location. close to restaurants and shopping. the staff are very friendly and courteous. the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room is large. they also include a small fridge and a microwave and coffee maker with free water. i have recommended this hotel to others and they have always called and thanked me.
Basic, no atmosphere - but perfect for families

In a word: basic Location is great, prices great (especially when running specials with free parking), and is a great place for families with kids. That said, this has to be the most soul-less hotel I've ever stayed in. If you're looking for any atmosphere at all, look elsewhere.

We arrived at Science & Industry Museum at 10:00am on 12/29/08 and stayed all day. We then checked into Four Points Hotel. We went to Giradino"s for Pizza Supper. Then back to the Hotel Swimming Pool, we swam from 7 till 10. Grandpa & 3 grandchildren had a fantastic time, swiming in the pool then enjoying the suana pool, we were exhausted when the pool closed. Everyone slept soundly . At 8:00 am we went to the resturant for breakfast, the fresh fruit & waffles & juices were delicious. The grandkids remarked, all of it was scrumptious. We spent the 30 th at Navy Pier Winterwonderland. We were impressed with the Resuurant Menu and how courteous and accomidating the personel were.
Will defintely stay again

The front desk clerk was a little X at check in, but then Jeremy took over and everything went smoothly. It is a great location, which more than makes up for the fact that the hotel "restaurant/bar" is far from what you would hope for. The rooms are not glamorous, but clean and spacious. We had a view of high rises and air conditioning units - maybe if you face Rush Street you would fare better. The free internet connection was fast and easy to use - the free bottled water amounted to one small bottle per room per day.
