Sand Pebbles Inn - Yes

Sand Pebbles Inn Cambria

Stayed here in May 2009. A lovely place to stay. Wonderful views, ocean sounds and comfortable rooms.
The price of $185 per night, is right.

The staff is very friendly & efficient.

A few caveats:
- there are no comfy chairs in the room
- the jacuzzi tub is too small for two people (yes!)
- the road noise from Moonstone Drive is high
- breakfast is not great.

Still, this is a good place to stay

Really Nice!

My husband and I ceebrated our 2nd anniversary and my birthday at sand pebble. It was very quiet and even though the rooms are samll they are very clean and cute! We are already looking to book another 3 day get away there, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would reccommend this hotel to my friends..

The Sand Pebbles Inn in Cambia is directly above the beach. My room was on the northwest corner so I turned my comfy chair around and looked at the surf for a long time. I opened the window and was able to hear the water crashing onto the shore. The room had a canopy bed and fireplace so it was very romantic. This was a great place to relax and heal your soul!

Disappointing

Room was crowded; bathroom small -- no room for personal items; only one window that would open so no air circulation and it was hot when we were there which we know is not the norm, but for times that it is unusually hot a simple table fan available for guests would help a lot. First night was miserable. Could not open drapes at night for extra air as bright light was outside window. If coast is experiencing a warm spell and you are ttraveling by car -- pack a fan. Sows Ear Restaurant in Cambria was great.
