The owners are interesting and wonderful people. They have repeatedly been friendly and accommodating. We have always gone in groups in the winter, and they provide roll-away beds for us. There are fully stocked refrigerators in the rooms. They provide bagged lunches for you on the slopes for a small fee if you request. The owner is a wonderful cook, and they provide extravagant and delicious breakfasts before you head off for a full day of skiing.
There are always lots of couples there, and it would be a really nice place for a romantic weekend getaway on a budget. There is a pool on the premises for the summer months. For the winter months, they have a wood-burning hot tub out back and heavy white bathrobes for a dip. This lodge is so much worth the price. I would recommend it anytime!
