Stayed at the Radisson Hotel at Phoenix Airport and was very impressed! The Portland Radisson cant come close! Priced comparatively. 1. front door Lobby doors open poorly. Letting in Cold, wind and rain. Front desk empoyees are freezing! 2. Not enough staff for Hotel to consider running properly! 4th Floor Lindbergh Level a joke! No attendant in "private breakfast room", hotwater under sink. 3 TABLES FOR ENTIRE FLOOR! No place for dirty dishes, DISASTER! 3. Other visitors complained 4th floor door card did not work 4 times! 4. One bottle water and 1 robe per room! (2 people?) Sleep # bed controls hardly worked. Rooms are nothing special compared to Phoenix. Restaurant Server was pleasant. 5. Food over priced for ambiance of CASUAL! (yes, you could order a sandwich or salad for dinner, less $) But $30.00 and more for an entree? Parking lot another story! Poor overall control. Short Staffed hotels hurt customer relations! I am reluctant to stay at any other Raddison Hotel after this experience.
A simple fix

Why do hotel cleaning staffs so often neglect to verify that the sink and tubs drain properly? This seems a simple fix. Free shampoo is nice, but it would be nicer if the water went down the drain in a timely manner.
We'll definitely stay here again!

Our room was spacious and clean. We loved the sleep number king size bed. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi every evening. The hotel-to-airport shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very friendly and helpful.
We love it!!

We have stayed at the Radisson several times in the past 5 years, and are always pleased. The "park and ride" feature for airline travelers is wonderful. The rooms are always clean, spacious and comfortable. And the beds are the best! We always used to travel with our own air mattress, but no need for that since findind the Radisson.
A Rolling Disappointment

Offensive odor coming from vent. Called for a change of room. Waited 20+ minutes.Had to go to front desk and demand a change. Finally did. Parking lot doubles as a park and ride. Front desk person was difficult to deal with.
