Can't say enough about the service! We wanted to support NOLA by making a visit. Hotel staff was gracious and very hospitable. Room was very comfortable. Service with a smile and accommodating; absolutely no complaints! We'll definitely make the Omni Royal our NOLA hotel!

This hotel is an elegant historic New Orleans landmark. The rooms are small, but well decorated; the service was excellent. The location is the best in the French Quarter-very central, and within easy walking distance to favorite restaurants, galleries, antique shops and nightlife. On site parking is a plus and not always available in the French Quarter. Taxis are always at hand as well.

This hotel is a gem!!! IT has a gret location in the French Quarter. We were having beignets and coffee w/i 2 minutes of leaving the front door. The staff is truly charming and can never do enough for you. I truly felt at home.

Before the chaos and destruction of Hurricane Katrina, there once was an enchanting place called New Orleans and a beautiful hotel called the Omni Royal. I have stayed at many five-star hotels, and the service of this hotel exceeds five stars. As soon as you check in, you feel like royalty. From check-in to check-out everything is flawless, and the location is great, as you are close to everything, from the Riverwalk to the aquarium to the French Quarter. This is an enchanting and magnificent hotel in a beautiful and enchanting city that will rebuild. This will remain the most luxurious hotel near the Gulf.
