Awesome stay!

My boyfriend and I only stayed for one day but loved the place. TEMPURPEDIC bed won us over, that bed was amazing!! room was very nice and up to date =] Beach was right across the street so that was another big plus! If you want to stay somewhere comfortable and right near the beach for a good price, this is the place to go.

Great safe vacation spot for the family. Had free beach toys for the kids and chairs and towels for us. The breakfast in the morning had waffles we could make fresh. Wish it went a little later so we could sleep in more. We remedied that by getting up and just bringing it back to the room. Right across the street from the beach with 2 delicious restaurants next door. Make sure to carpool as there is limited parking at the hotel, and all over Newport for that matter. My hubby talked about sending some business associates here. Just a short drive from Irvine and John Wayne. We had a great time and will come back every chance we get.

Room was small but clean. Starbucks coffee was available all day.Continental breakfast was very good and included waffles. Walls are very thin -- I suggest ear plugs for light sleepers. Located just across the street (Rte. 1) from the ocean. Price was reasonable for the area.

The room was very nice and clean. Great location across the street from the beach. Good continental breakfast. I would definetly stay there again.
