This hotel was even better than I was expecting. I read the other customer reviews for this hotel and I selected it even though we would end up paying just a little more ($10). I was not disappointed. The hotel was terrific. If it had fans in the bathrooms, it would rate even higher. The staff was extremely helpful. The evening desk clerk was very polite and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, calling a restaurant to check hours and looking up information about local attractions. That breakfast that they served is more that just a line on the description. There were tons of choices. I usually ignore the hotel breakfast in favor of restaurant fare, but this breakfast was not to be ignored. And they have milk and WARM cookies at the front desk in the evening. WOW. For the extra $10 or so I would definitely recommend staying at the Comfort Inn. Heck, this hotel was better than most of the places that I have paid more for.

This was my 3rd visit to Comfort Inn & Suites, and I really enjoy staying there. The staff at the front desk are so friendly and make you feel at home, know many guests by name. The housekeepers are very courtious and tend to leave little welcome gifts in the rooms that are a very nice touch at the end of a long work day. I would recomend this hotel to anyone that has to be in Bend. A great home away from home!

We had a great stay! Our room was very clean and the beds were stacked with extra pillows and there was new comforters on both Queen beds.Great Mexican restaurant and a Dutch Bros. right next door.

We love this hotel, have stayed many times and it just keeps getting better. Now that the bedding has been updated, it is beautiful! And thier customer service is second to none!

This hotel has top notch staff! Front desk staff anticipated our needs and took better care of us than family could have. The hotel is very well kept up, and in the middle of a an upgrade. Will be flawless once all of the rooms have been done! We look forward to returning for a pleasure trip next time!
