Overall a high quality hotel. Clean rooms, quiet. My biggest complaint was the weird breakfast area - not super welcoming.

The front desk woman who checked us in should learn the meaning of the word "hospitality." Rude and disrespectful. We are still waiting to hear back from the GM.
The staff was very accomodating and the hotel was first class!

Staff at reception was excellent in customer service and guidance. Room service was good and timely. spacious rooms, clean and nice views of the city. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel
