Restaurant and Pool were good... ROOM WAS TERRIBLE!!!

The restaurant food was good, however, the service was terribly slow. The pool was nice. The location was great. But... it all comes down to the room you are in and the room was TERRIBLE. The room was dirty, run-down, and in desperate need of remodeling. We would come back to eat at the restaurant, but we would never stay at this hotel again.

The manager looked as if he did not want to be bothered at all. It was a busy week end and the 2 girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. There was no lotion or conditioner in the room.

I went here for a "girls" weekend with three friends. The whole stay our hallway was filled with smoke from the room next to ours. When we went to check out, my friend later discovered that they charged her credit card 3 times. It took her two weeks to figure it out. Also, the location is not near anything we wanted to do. It's kind of on the edge of town. I would not stay here again.

"We liked everything about our stay. Rooms were nice, we had a view, hot tub nice and not too strong with the cholorine; location was greatand the staff helpful.The manager let us extend our check out by an hour so we could take an early morning hike and then return to take a quick shower and while we were gone he printed out our boarding passes for our next day flight. This was great appreciated and even when he had internet problems he persisted until the service was complete.We would stay again and we were lucky to get a super aarpinternet rate."
