The hotel is quiet, nice and cozy. The rooms are sparkly clean, the towels and the sheets are immaculate... I wish i ask them how they do that. Congratulation to manager and to the laundry service. The bath area design is a little bit awkward. Free excellent Dark coffee in the lobby every morning. Good location, next to LAX and very easy to go anywhere in south California from there. The valet parking rates are a little bit too high over night...but it's acceptable and safe for your car. I will come back to stay there anytime and I definitely recommend this hotel for your trip.

We had already been to several other parts of California for 2 weeks. Because our daughter was attending a conference at another hotel near the airport and we would be leaving from LAX, we decided that it be might be convenient to stay in that area, too. It was, infact, a great choice! We were very impressed with everything - the room, the dining area, the staff, the cleanliness, the proximity to Venice, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. We never heard any noise from traffic or planes. The best idea was to return our rental car the night before flying home and taking the complementary hotel shuttle to the airport. It was a breeze! The only negative was the $15.00 per night charge to park the car at the hotel. When we want to stay in the L.A. area again, we would definitely come back here! It was very high caliber for the rate.

The 1st thing is to put larger logo on vehicle used for shuttle. A person with limited vision as myself let the shuttle ride around a couple of times before recognizing it.Personally the only thing I found agravating was that there was not enough coffee in the room & the lobby coffee was awlful. Overall everything was great. I will look here 1st to stay whenever I return

I stayed at the Courtyard in order to go to a show at the Sheraton LAX, around the block.People were friendly and very helpful, food ok. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. Please put sign to specify exact location. Otherwise, people may end up in the 'burbs and not know it.
