Very Poor Customer Service

My husband and I spent a total of four nights at this resort. The person who checked us in was not only unfriendly, but down right rude! Their special offer is very misleading! They offered a "full breakfast" with our rate, but it was actually for only one person. This seemed ridiculous and very cheap to me. The restaurant is a good one, but expensive, so be prepared to pay plenty for the second breakfast.
The hotel is in a good location and has a lot of southwest charm, but it needs refurbishing. Upholstery is worn and dirty and rooms smell musty, but over all it is pretty clean. We had a room with a private hot tub and the hot tup was great. Very clean and warm.
If you stay here, don't expect a friendly, helpful staff, or a "free full breakfast" for more than one person.
Poor front desk service

The main reason we wanted to stay at this hotel was because of the private hot tub on the patio. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk attendant did not say hello or even look up. She took several minutes to finish what she was doing on the computer right in front of us then when she was finished, greeted us with "last name". During the check in process I asked her to confirm that our room had the hot tub on the patio because we wanted to use it that night. She said yes, the room had the hot tub on the patio. When we got to the room, we unpacked and wanted to order room service. There was no room service menu in the room so we called room service. The person who answered asked reluctantly if we wanted her to bring a menu or if she could just read the menu to us. I said that she could read it so she wouldn't have to come to our room. We then decided we wanted to get into the hot tub. It was ice cold. I called the front desk because I couldn't figure out how to heat it up. The same front desk attendant said that the only way to heat it up would be to call an engineer to the room. I was irritated that she didn't arrange that when I told her I wanted to use the hot tub when we checked in about an hour before. By the time the engineer arrived and after waiting for the hot tub to heat up, it was very late and we were so tired we spent about 10 minutes in the hot tub then went to bed very disappointed with the experience.
