The lifts weren't working properly during my stay, regularly trapping guests inthe basement. Hotel has rooms over 14 floors! Hotel staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly. The hotel offers an alternative to room service called Round the Clock where you call the bar to reserve a snack and then collect it from the bar. When I asked the bar staff about a menu item he replied that he was spanish, and didn't know the menu, and so couldn't tell me what was it was or what was in it!!!!! Great location though, just a couple of minutes walk to the rail station.
