Nice Room but not much service

Sometimes the front desk don't pick up the phones. When ordered repairs for the TV, they went to the wrong room. They never bothered to find out which is the right room, so they left me waiting for hours. When I ordered breakfast and left the menu outside my door, it was never picked up, so I never got breakfast.
